Prices and Early Booking Rebate
Our prices conform our pricelist.
These prices include 19% VAT.
We give a 10% Early Booking Rebate for reservations made at least 60 days before the arrival date.

At landferienhaus Linde it is always low-season. Only at the periods beneath it will be top-season.

Arrival and Departure
During the high season Landferienhaus Linde has fixed arrival and departure days. You can book following arrangements:| Arrangement | Arrival and departure day |

Reservations
Telephone or written reservations are obligatory after Landferienhaus Linde has confirmed the reservation by post or e-mail and after the prepayment is received on our Dutch or German bankaccount.
Prepayment
After making a reservation the guest receives a confirmation per post or e-mail and a notice for a prepayment of 30% of the total accomodation sum. The prepayment has to be payed within 7 days.
Payment
The accomodation fee has to be payed in cash on the day of departure, deducted with the prepayment.
Annulation
The posibility of closing an annulation insurance is up to the guest. Annulation can only be done in writing per lettter or e-mail. In case of annulation the following rules apply:
Annulation more than three month before the arrival date
The reservation is canceled. The received prepayment is reimbursed.
Annulation more than one month before the arrival date
The reservation is canceled. The received prepayment is not reimbursed.
Annulation less than one month before the arrival date
The reservation is canceled. The received prepayment is not reimbursed. The other 70% of the accomodation cost is immediately due for payment.
